The Grand Army Code is a list of codes that imply infraction or criminal charges upon members of the Grand Army of The Republic.

| I. VOIDANCE OF CONSTITUTION

| 1A. INADEQUATE USE OF EQUIPMENT
|
DEFINITION: The act of utilizing movement equipment such as shield generators, jetpacks, grapple hooks, or force powers while on the Anaxes Shipyard or in residential areas when on Threat Levels 4 or 5.
EXCLUSIONS: (i) Shock Troopers and Republic Command are exempt from this infraction if they are responding to an emergency. (ii) The act takes place in a simulation room or during an active training.
PUNISHMENT: Verbal Warning. If prior offender, fined 10,000 credits. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 1B. DISTURBANCE
|
DEFINITION: Engaging in some form of disorderly conduct, such as fighting or threatening to fight, causing excessively loud noise, by shouting, or playing music.
PUNISHMENT: Verbal Warning. If prior offender, fined 10,000 credits. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 1C. TRESPASSING
|
DEFINITION: Act of entering a restricted area when the offender's rank does not meet the entry requirements.
PUNISHMENT: Verbal Warning. If prior offender, fined 10,000 credits. Additional 10 minute arrest for repeat offenses.

| 1D. DISRESPECT
|
DEFINITION: The act of insulting or deliberating berating of a fellow Republic personnel unit, individual or regiment.
PUNISHMENT: Verbal Warning. If prior offender, fined 10,000 credits. Additional 10 minute arrest for repeated offenses.

| 1E. DISRUPTIVE MISCHIEF
|
DEFINITION: Intentionally disrupting an arrest, either by blocking or using something to block a Military police unit from succesfully arresting an individual.
PUNISHMENT: Verbal Warning with 25,000 credit fine. If prior offender, arrest for 15 minutes.

| 1F. LOLLYGAGGING
|
DEFINITION: Remaining in any one place without an apparent purpose after being given a director order to disperse or leave by any Officer or Jedi Master.
PUNISHMENT: Verbal Warning with 10,000 credit fine. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 1G. INADEQUATE HANDLING OF EQUIPMENT

¶ Inadequate Handling of Equipment Offense 1G
DEFINITION: The act of moving or holding equipment in a dangerous or unsafe manner. Examples include sprinting backwards with a shield generator in hand, jumping and sliding around while holding a thermal detonator, or sprinting with a melee weapon on base. This offense can also be applied to maintenance crews or pilots moving vehicles improperly or carrying flammable equipment around their thrusters.
PUNISHMENT: Verbal Warning with 10,000 credit fine. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2A. RESISTING ARREST
|
DEFINITION: The act of using force to prevent arrest (with or without a warrant), handcuffing and/or taking personnel into Military police custody.
PUNISHMENT: 25,000 credit fine with a 10 minute arrest. Force multiplied for repeated offenses.

| 2B. UNSAFE DISCHARGE
|
DEFINITION: Discharging a firearm without reason or proper precaution. (Does not stack with friendly fire, murder, attempted murder, battery, or any other violent crime where the discharge of a firearm results in harming another individual).
PUNISHMENT: 25,000 credit fine with a 10 minute arrest. force multiplied for repeat offenses.

DEFINITION: Entering a regiment bunk, residence, or other enclosed private property without proper authorization or reasoning.
PUNISHMENT: 25,000 credit fine with a 10 Minute Arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

|
DEFINITION: The repeated following and harassing of another person with the intent to instill fear or injury.
PUNISHMENT: 10,000 credit fine with a 5 Minute Arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2E. POSSESSION OF STOLEN GOODS
|
DEFINITION: Having bought, been given, or acquired stolen goods which one knows, or any reasonable person would have realize have been stolen, extorted, embezzled or unlawfully taken in any manner.
PUNISHMENT: 50,000 credit fine with a 15 minute arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2F. FAILURE TO PAY CITATIONS
|
DEFINITION: Failure to pay off a citation at time of issue.
PUNISHMENT: 15 Minute Arrest.
|
| 2G. FAILURE TO IDENTIFY
|
DEFINITION: Failure to present identification card after being given a lawful order by Military police to do so.
PUNISHMENT: Indefinite Detainment until identified.

| 2M. FALSE REPORT
|
DEFINITION: Intentionally making a false statement to an on duty Galactic Republic Military personnel or Military Police dispatch message.
PUNISHMENT: 25,000 credit fine with a 10 Minute Arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2I. CRIMINAL ACCESSORY
|
DEFINITION: An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of persons.
PUNISHMENT: 50% of the prescribed time for the crime committed.

| 2J. CONSPIRACY
|
DEFINITION: An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of persons.
PUNISHMENT: 100,000 credit fine with a 15 Minute Arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

|
DEFINITION: Intentionally avoiding a Military police checkpoint, either to withhold information or contraband.
PUNISHMENT: 25,000 credit fine with a 10 Minute Arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2L. DESTRUCTIVE TENDENCIES
|
DEFINITION: The act of destructive mischief by willfully and maliciously injuring or damaging by any means any real or personal property belonging to the Galactic Republic.
Damage includes but is not limited to structural damage caused by indoor or otherwise improper explosive techniques, inaccurate yet intentional blaster fire to key points such as Communications Relays, etc.
PUNISHMENT: 50,000 credit fine with a 15 Minute Arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2M. PROXY CRIME
|
DEFINITION: The act of offering money or inducing another to commit a crime with the specific intent that the person that was coerced into committing the crime was the one that did it.
PUNISHMENT: 50,000 credit fine with a 15 Minute Arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2N. NEGLIGENCE
|
DEFINITION: It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to act with the level of care in which a reasonable person would in the same circumstances that results in any sort of physical/property damage.
PUNISHMENT: 10,000 credit fine with a 5 Minute Arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2O. CONFIDENTIALITY VIOLATION
|
DEFINITION: Willingly over-hearing conference between a person who is in Galactic Republic custody or another Republic agency's custody and such person's representative without the consent or knowledge of all persons engaging in the conversation.
EXCLUSIONS: (i) The violator was explicitly asked to stand guard or patrol near, around, or within earshot of the conversation.
PUNISHMENT: 25,000 credit fine with a 10 Minute Arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2P. THEFT OF PROPERTY
|
DEFINITION: The act of taking, whether or not through the use of force, of property owned by Republic Personel, Civilian, or The Republic.
PUNISHMENT: Theft of goods less than 25,000 Credits shall be subject to either a fine of up to 25,000 Credits, or up to 15 minutes in brig. Theft of property exceeding 25,000 Credits shall be subject up to 30 minutes in brig, but no less than 20 minutes.

| 2Q. INSUBORDINATION
|
DEFINITION: Defiance of structural military authority, or of a command issued by a direct superior, or a person who is in a command position. Also includes the disregard for a Military Base or Outpost rules and regulations, and codes of conduct.
PUNISHMENT: 10,000 credit fine with up to a 10 minute arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2R. FALSE EMERGENCY
|
DEFINITION: Initiating or circulating a report or warning of of an alleged or impending fire, explosion, crime, or other catasrophe, knowing that such reports or warning is false.
PUNISHMENT: 10,000 credit fine with a 5 Minute Arrest (+25,000 credit fine and 15 minute arrest for aggravated circumstances.)
AGGRAVATED CIRCUMSTANCES: (i) If there is injury caused directly due to the panic.

|
DEFINITION: A threat or attempt to cause harm, creating fear or apprehension in the victim without requiring physical contact.
PUNISHMENT: 10,000 credit fine with a 5 minute arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2T. BATTERY
|
DEFINITION: Involves actual physical contact or harm inflicted upon another person without their consent.
PUNISHMENT: 25,000 credit fine with a 10 minute arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 2U. ABSENT WITHOUT LEAVE (AWOL)
|
DEFINITION: Absent without official leave, but without intent to desert.
PUNISHMENT: Verbal Warning. If prior offender, fined 10,000 credits. Additional 10 minute arrest for repeat offenses.

| 3A. POSSESSION OF CLASS 1 WEAPON
|
DEFINITION: Possession of a Class 1 Street-tier Weapon.
PUNISHMENT: TBD.

| 3B. POSSESSION OF CLASS 2 WEAPON
|
DEFINITION: Possession of a Class 2 Street-tier Weapon.
PUNISHMENT: TBD.

| 3C. POSSESSION OF MULTIPLE STREET CLASS WEAPONS
|
DEFINITION: Possession of a up to 3 or more Class 2 Street-tier weapons or possession of up to 5 or more Class 1 Street-tier weapons.
PUNISHMENT: TBD.

| 3D. EVIDENCE REDISTRIBUTION
|
DEFINITION: Intent or act of selling Street-tier items to others.
PUNISHMENT: TBD.

| 3E. MURDER
|
DEFINITION: Unlawful killing of another sentient being with the intention to kill or cause harm.
PUNISHMENT: 100,000 credit fine with a 15 minute arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

| 3F. VOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER
|
DEFINITION: Unlawful killing of another sentient being in "the heat of passion" due to provocation.
PUNISHMENT: 50,000 credit fine with a 15 minute arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.

|
DEFINITION: Unintentional killing resulting from reckless or negligent behavior.
PUNISHMENT: 50,000 credit fine with a 15 minute arrest. Force multiplied for repeat offenses.
