The Compromise of Clone Rights Act is an amendment to the Articles of Clone Freedoms submitted by Senator Riyo Chuchi in an effort to relieve clones from "service slavery", a term coined by the politician when bringing the articles forward to the Senate floor. While the campaign for clone rights was viewed as radical by some, many believed that clones deserved more leash when it came to their lives and began voicing unity alongside the articles.
Chancellor Palpatine, left with no choice but to pass the articles to some degree, decided to play into the facade of clone freedoms to a small capacity. The Chancellor and the Vice Chair were able to negotiate

I. FAIR SELECTION AND ENLISTMENT POLICY

- i. All clones are to be given broader choices to support the war effort, with periodic checks throughout their growth cycle before being sent into the war.
- ii. Clones may not be bred specifically to serve one and/or obscure purpose that does not serve the greater good of the Galactic Republic.
- a. In the act of meeting military strength quotas is excluded.

II. RIGHT TO HONORABLE SERVICE

- i. Clones may be given a retirement option at no earlier than 48.5 years old.
- a. Clones seeking retirement must appeal to both their clone representators within the Senate and the Senator of the planet they plan to retire to as a homeworld.

II. RIGHT TO NOMADIC EXPANSION
|
- i. For as long as the Grand Army & The Galactic Republic's grasp grows within the conflict zones, Clones are granted mega-complexes to treat as clone sanctuaries and nomadic homeplaces.
- ii. For as long as the Grand Army & The Galactic Republic's forces are in wartime, Clone homebases must possess one Grand Forge.
- a. Grand Forges must be manned by a lifetime Quartermaster, or a trained apprentice of a Quartermaster.
- b. Grand Forges must remain active at all times throughout maritime, otherwise the homebase entirely is subject to shutdown, seizure, and forcible evacuation and relocation of all occupants.
- c. Grand Forges must meet rotational import, creation, and export quotas throughout maritime, otherwise the homebase entirely is subject to shutdown, seizure, and forcible evacuation and relocation of all occupants.
- d. Homebases may not exist without a registered and expertly managed Grand Forge.
- e. Homebases and Grand Forges may not exist in more than one instance per galactic sector, and may not consist of more than one sector army.
- iii. For as long as the Grand Army & The Galactic Republic's forces are in wartime, Clone homebases must remain in a standby alert protocol meaning no retirement or time off the field may be granted.
