¶ Server Rules
Listed below are the server rules, these rules are in place on all settings unless specified otherwise:
¶ Avoiding Punishment
LTAP or Leaving to Avoid Punishment is not allowed, this includes Staff Punishment, or Jail Time.
¶ Impersonation
Impersonating the server staff or management members (otherwise known as Government Officials), or attempting to portray yourself as a department command/supervisor member or a member of a department you are not apart of is not tolerated.
¶ Common Rules
- HAVE COMMON SENSE
- Do not NLR. NLR timer is five minutes.
- Do not RDM.
- Staff members have final say on all rule interpretations whether explicitly stated or not.
- Prop abusing and/or prop minging (Prop surfing, prop killing, prop climbing, prop blocking, etc) is not allowed.
- Do NOT advertise other servers and/or communities.
- Racial Slurs are NOT allowed.
- Spamming in any form is not allowed.
- Pornographic / Derogatory images may NOT be displayed.
- No Witch-hunting
- Do NOT hack/exploit. If you suspect a player is hacking/exploiting report them to staff.
- Police cannot raid based off of sound or items seen sticking through walls.
- Do NOT randomly shoot at people or hit/stab people. this is minging and will result in a punishment.
- Do NOT prop block cameras.
- Do NOT buy a property unless you intend to actively use it.
- Do NOT Mug/Kidnap Hobos
¶ Hateful Conduct
- Derogatory slurs used with intent to put others down or just as a joke will not be tolerated.
- Variations of these words used in the same way is included.
- Attempting to loophole this rule will not be tolerated.
- Any racial slur or term is not tolerated.
- Any disrespect via sexism or racism will not be tolerated.
- Telling or encouraging others to commit suicide will definitely not be tolerated.
- Hate speech or toxic remarks directed towards individuals or groups of people will not be tolerated.
- Targeting or harassing someone based on their religion, race, gender, origin, sexual orientation, etc. is not allowed.
- Making remarks or hateful comments about someones religion, race, gender, origin, sexual orientation, etc. is not allowed.
- Any of the above done on our Discord, Gameservers, or any of our platforms or outlets will result in punishment.
¶ General Rules
- Mayor has a 10 minute grace period.
- You cannot kidnap a police officer with less than 3 police online.
- Laws written by the mayor are not in effect if no mayor is in office
- You may not kill cops on sight because you are wanted. You may kill them if they are actively chasing after you.
- You cannot use the Scrapper tool on an item, unless you are raiding the owner of the item.
- You cannot steal a merchant’s crafting tables as they cannot do their job properly without it.
¶ Advert Rules
- You must advert prior to attempting anything on this list.
- You must advert at a small distance from the target (e.g. you cannot advert Raid from down the street.)
- “Assassination” adverts are not allowed
- Adverts must be relative to each other. (e.g. you cannot advert “Raid / Mug / Kidnap”)
- When assisting in any way, you must advert immediately after the main advert caller. You cannot assist halfway through the situation.
- You cannot advert “Takeover” to stay in a raided location.
¶ Raiding Rules
- You must advert “Raid“ when attempting to Raid a base.
- You can advert “Party Raid” when raiding with a group of players in your gang. Each member in the party is subject to the same Raid Cooldown.
- Max raid party is five players.
- Other players can advert “Raid Assist” to join a raider’s “Raid”. Assisters are subject to a raid cooldown. During a raid, anyone who enters the base on the main raider’s side is considered to be an assister and must advert “Raid Assist”
- When finishing a Raid, you must advert “Raid Over”
- Raid Cooldown: 10 minutes if raiding a new base, 20 minutes if raiding the same base.
- Raids can only last for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes is up you must leave the base and advert “Raid Over” if you are not in an active situation (e.g. Civil Protection Intervention)
- If you do not raid the base you adverted raid on for any reason, you may advert “false” to invalidate the raid advert. If you lockpick any doors or kill any players during the raid, you cannot advert “false” to invalidate the raid advert.
- You cannot advert raid on another player if there is common knowledge that there is nothing inside the base.
- You cannot advert raid for the intent of killing.
- You must advert raid outside of the base.
- Players entering a base on the side of the raider with the intention of doing damage to the base defenders will be considered apart of the raiding party.
- Using Explosives against the world / props is not allowed you may only use them on player props.
¶ Bank Raid Rules
- You must advert “Bank Raid“ when attempting to raid the Bank.
- Raid Cooldown: 30 minutes
- Bank raids can only last for 15 minutes.
¶ PD Raid Rules
- You must advert “PD Raid” when attempting to Raid the PD.
- Raid Cooldown: 30 minutes
- There must be a total of 3 cops online before you can advert “PD Raid”.
- You cannot advert “PD Raid” for the purpose of only killing cops.
- You can advert “PD Raid” to repossess confiscated items you or your affiliated player owns.
- When PD Raiding you do not have to advert “Jailbreak” to unarrest players.
¶ Jailbreak Rules
- You must advert “Jailbreak“ when attempting to break another player out of Jail.
- Jailbreak Cooldown: 15 minutes
- There must be a total of 3 cops online before you can advert “Jailbreak”.
- You can only Jailbreak a player you are affiliated with.
¶ Mug Rules
- You must advert “Mug“ when attempting to Mug a player.
- Mug Cooldown: 5 minutes if mugging new person, 15 minutes if mugging the same person.
- Other players can advert “Assist” to protect the mugger from the mugged victim and police and ensure the mugged victim is complying.
- Max mug is $10,000 and you must give the person 10 seconds to respond to your demands.
¶ Combat Rules
- Ultimate Shadow Wizard's are not allowed to use the apparition spell in combat.
¶ Kidnap Rules
- You must advert “Kidnap“ when attempting to Kidnap a player.
- Kidnap Cooldown: 5 minutes if kidnapping new person, 15 minutes if kidnapping the same person.
- Other players can advert “Assist” to protect the kidnapper from the police and ensure the kidnapped victim is following orders.
- When kidnapping, you must have a valid RP reason why. After you have kidnapped the player you must advert the ransom. Ransom can be paid by anyone and is considered FailRP to refuse it.
¶ Warn Rules
- You must advert “Warn #” when you attempt to warn a player against doing something.
- You must give three warnings with at least a five second cooldown in between them.
- You must have a valid reason to warn someone. You cannot warn someone to leave a public place.
- You must vocalize to the player when warning them, you cannot advert “warn” and not say anything to the player.
¶ Hits Rules
- You must advert “Hit Completed“ when you kill another player you had a hit on.
¶ Building Rules
- The use of “blackout bases” are prohibited and may not be used, Bases must use a “two-tone” theme where the walls are different color from roof and floor.
- If you have a building sign up you can NOT have entities inside your base, There is no set time limit for building signs and you may have a KOS sign to go with the building sign.
- Mega, Maze, Sky, Tunnel, and Water bases are not allowed.
- Bases can not force a player into an animation (crouch, jump, climb) or affect movement speed while entering your base or inside the base itself.
- The entrance to base can not exceed more than 3 fading doors total.
- An additional three fading doors can be used to guard entities themselves such as printers.
- Bases can have a max of 3 turns for the entrance into the base.
- Shooting windows/angles must allow the attacker to see the defender from chest up, shoulder to shoulder while holding a weapon out.(No crouch, jumping, or feet shooting angles.)
- Shooting angles can only be used by buttons, and can only have up to 6 of them per base.
- Shooting windows must change material and fade upon opening.
- Peeks must be on the same height as the entrance into the base.
- Bases may not have flashing colors/materials on props.
- Peeks may only be used by buttons; all other types of peeks are not allowed (Jump and Pixel).
- Your base must have at least one entrance and must not be prop blocked.
- Adding delay to keypads is not allowed.
- Transparent props are allowed but they must be above 100 opacity.
- Using text screens or props to block the view or bullets of a player is not allowed.
- Hallways can be the maximum of two models/props_c17/fence03a.mdl in length.
- Hallways must also be a minimum of models/hunter/blocks/cube025x075x025.mdl wide.
- Blocking Roadways / Pathways fully as a Hobo is not allowed, you must have a way for people to pass through.
¶ Basing Rules
- You may only enter and exit your base using the keypads.
- You may not inflict any damage by shooting through props or entities (This does not apply with Explosives).
- Damaging people without using / peeking a shooting window is not allowed.
- The raiders must be able to see the shooting window open and fight back.
- You may have a maximum of 5 players basing with you at any given time.
- You may only have 1 base active at a time.
- While being raided, you are not allowed to scrap any entities inside your base.
¶ Green Zones
- Green Zones are marked by text appearing at the bottom of your screen
- No roleplay can be conducted inside of a green zone.
- Do not abuse green zones. If you are in an RP Situation do not run into a zone for god mode.
¶ Capture Points
- The Circle of the Capture Point is KOS.
- If a player runs out of the Capture Point the fight can still be active outside of the point.
- Must be a raiding class to participate.
- NLR Rules still apply to Capture Points.
¶ Care Package Rules
- You may only shoot from the inside of the red PVP zone.
- Entering a territory with a care package starts combat, leaving the area doesn't end it.
- There is no NLR for Care Packages.
- Must be a raiding class to participate.
- Government jobs may AOS anyone with weapons out while outside of the red PVP zone.
- Government jobs may AOS anyone actively fighting in the red PVP zone.
¶ Job-Related Rules
¶ Citizens
- All jobs under the Citizen Jobs Category are not allowed to mug, rob, or raid.
- Can not take part in Airdrops and Capture Points.
¶ Criminals
- Ultimate Shadow Wizard's can not work with one another. (Basing/Raiding)
¶ Mayor
- The Mayor is not allowed to commence random lockdowns. The Mayor MUST have a valid RP reason to commence a lockdown and must advert why whenever the lockdown is in place. When the reason is no longer in effect, the Mayor must end the lockdown.
- The Mayor must base in the Mayor's office, but is allowed to leave to visit the citizens.
- The Mayor is NOT allowed to enforce the laws.
- Only government officials can protect the Mayor and the Mayor's Daughter.
- The Mayor may only base inside the Police Department.
- Can not take part in Airdrops and Capture Points.
¶ Civil Protection
- Civil Protection must follow all laws, and they must not possess any illegal items.
- Civil Protection is only allowed to base in the PD, but CANNOT plant/grow or make any illegal items.
- Civil Protection must protect the bank, PD, and the Mayor at all costs.
- Civil Protection must TRY to ARREST a player that they have seen commit a crime.
- You may kill a player if they pose an immediate threat. (Running is not an Immediate threat)
- Civil Protection is not allowed to arrest ANY player inside of a building during a lockdown.
- Civil Protection is not allowed to arrest a player that they've chased into a building during a lockdown.
- Taser rushing is allowed.
- You MUST have a valid reason to search a house.
- Can not take part in Airdrops and Capture Points.
¶ Secret Service
- The Mayor's Secret Service must be with the Mayor at ALL TIMES and is not allowed to leave the Police Department unless with the Mayor.
- Secret Service CANNOT enforce laws nor break any laws.
- Can not take part in Airdrops and Capture Points.
¶ Bank Manager/Bank Security
- Only Bank Security can guard the bank.
- Bank security must stay inside the bank and are not allowed to leave unless doing a delivery job for the bank.
- May not commit crimes.
- Bankers can print money in the bank legally.
- Bank workers cannot be charged for items inside the bank.
- Can not take part in Airdrops and Capture Points.
¶ Emergency Services
- You cannot have a weapon.
- You may assist in police raids.
- You must heal upon request unless it is to assist in a crime.
- You may not commit crimes.
- Can not take part in Airdrops and Capture Points.
¶ Hitman
- Government officials are not allowed to place hits.
- Hitmen cannot give another hitman a contract.
- Hitman may only raid if the player they have a hit on lives inside the base they are raiding.
¶ Weapon Dealers
- Must have a store.
- You must sell to everyone.
- You are allowed to inflate the price to your liking.
- Gun dealers do not need a license to sell guns unless the mayor has made a law requiring it.
- Gun dealers cannot base with criminals and must own their own shop or share it with other gun dealers.
- Can not take part in Airdrops and Capture Points.
¶ Hobo
- You beg for money on the streets.
- CANNOT own any form of a weapon.
- Can build in public, NOT in the middle of the road.
- Don't build excessively large structures
- CANNOT own a house
- Can not take part in Airdrops and Capture Points.
¶ Guard/Hired Guards
- You can base with the person that you are protecting.
- You get paid to protect people
- No betraying your employer.
- Can't work with the police.
- You must guard anyone that your employer wants you to until the job is over.
- You CANNOT RAID.
- Can only take part in Airdrops and Capture Points if hired to do so.
¶ Raiding Classes
- Waging war on PD or other organizations is not allowed.
- Mayor cannot be 'assassinated'.
- All raiding classes may kidnap and Mug.

Client side modding to give an advantage is also considered a breach of the rule. Client side modding may only be done for aesthetic purposes and should never be done to change the function of anything in-game.

- Someone you hired through the in-game guard system.
- Same Organization
- Someone you are basing with is not an affiliation.
¶ Staff
DEFINITION: The term staff refers to members of the community who have been elevated to volunteer in order to enforce server rules or help members of the community with server related issues.
¶ Minge/Minging:
DEFINITION: The act of being troublesome or intentionally breaking rules in order to cause chaos and disorder on the server and/or annoyance to its player base.
¶ Random Death Match (RDM)
DEFINITION: Random Death Match, which is more commonly referred to as RDM, is the act of killing other players without any justification. A death from another player is considered RDM when there were no grounds to kill the player.
¶ Spamming
DEFINITION: Spamming may refer to mic spamming, chat spamming, emote spamming or a combination of all three.
Mic spamming is when an individual or group of individuals use their mic to continuously or rapidly speak in a manner that is unbefitting of a roleplay environment.
Chat Spamming is when an individual or group of individuals repeatedly and rapidly sends chat messages over any avenue of communication on the server, like /ooc, /advert, or any other chat channel.
¶ FailRP
DEFINITION: The act or event your character performs that would not be probable or reasonable in the environment he or she is in.
¶ Harassment
DEFINITION: Harassment is defined as repeated unwanted verbal abuse towards an individual. Harassment may result in a permanent ban.
¶ Disrespect
DEFINITION: Disrespect is defined as offensive language (including racism) or actions towards an individual or group of people. Disrespect can range in punishment from a mute to a permanent ban.
¶ Advertising & Poaching
DEFINITION: Advertising is defined as drawing attention to another community, to an application, or to another service/product. Advertising another community or a service/product will result in a permanent ban. Advertising an application will result in denial of the application.
This includes inviting or encouraging players to play on another community, offering perks/ranks to go to that community, or mentioning the other community repeatedly. This is a permanent ban.
¶ Exploiting
DEFINITION: Exploiting is defined as knowingly using bugs, glitches, cheats, or software to gain an advantage over other players. This may include using third party software, using a known bug, or finding an unknown bug and hiding it to use to your advantage.
¶ Inappropriate Content
DEFINITION: Inappropriate Content is defined as anything said, posted, linked, or described in an out of character manner. This mainly includes sexual content, but can be expanded to include gore, malicious links, and private information (private information being a user's personal information, IE anti doxing rule)
¶ Metagaming
DEFINITION: Metagaming is defined as using knowledge obtained from elsewhere not in roleplay and using the knowledge in roleplay.
¶ Witch Hunting
DEFINITION: Witch hunting is defined as constantly belittling another player with purpose of ruining their game experience.
